so we use libc-test (!= libc-testsuite),
but i'm not actively maintaining it now.
there are forks with more tests e.g.
https://github.com/Boeing/libc-test/tree/boeing-staging-next-libc-test
that i planned to merge after review.

i don't expect the code to be redistributed
as binary or as part of some software
(it is for testing) so a wide range of
licenses are accepted, the default license
is MIT.
