I just deleted my "bootlegs" from the wiki page. I never really liked 
having them there anyway and now we have the real md5-gen out. If 
someone disagrees strongly, we can put them back (the files themselves 
are still there).

BTW, I also moved my latest UTF-8 patch down below Jim's md5-gen in 
order to keep a chronological order (topmost is latest). And when I 
added my little auto-formats-list patch I placed that at the top, for 
the same reason. I don't know if everybody agrees but I do think we 
should keep doing this whenever posting stuff. Much easier to spot updates!
