I went ahead and added these to the "contributed resources" list on the
JtR homepage.  While at it, I dropped most other stuff that was on that
list, and I made other changes to make the web page shorter and more
focused on what I think people may actually be looking for or would need
to be made aware of.  Various patches that are part of the jumbo patch,
that are relatively obscure, or that are still in active development are
now found in the FTP directory and/or on the wiki only.  I made links to
the FTP directory and to the wiki a little bit more prominent.

As an exception, I kept the links to the BeOS and OpenVMS stuff because
they are to external resources and there's no better place for them
right now.  I think I'll need to revisit this later to make the page
even more focused.

Suggestions are welcome.
