No, there were not.

Hmm.  I made a relevant change in the jumbo patch between 1.7.3.1-all-1
and 1.7.3.1-all-2+.  Is this possibly what you're referring to?

Anyhow, can you please provide a complete bug report?  Version of JtR
used, input file used (perhaps just two lines will be enough), desired
result, actual result (with the buggy version).
