32-bit builds of JtR do not support wordlists larger than 2 GB.  You
need a 64-bit build of JtR for that.

Using a wordlist this large is probably unreasonable anyway, especially
with fast hashes such as raw MD5 where you don't care about duplicate
candidate passwords too much - you should be able to achieve similar
results with JtR's wordlist rules, perhaps with under 10% of duplicates.
