One minor suggestion:

%package sendmail
Summary: /usr/sbin/sendmail symlink for %name
Group: Internet/Mail

%description sendmail
%summary

# ...

%files sendmail
%defattr(-,root,root)
%{_sbindir}/sendmail

This will allow the postfix package to co-exist with, say, msmtp...
