IMO It is strong enough, I'd not resist to answer to you ;-)

Actually, he's able - the build process fails with an official OpenVZ
config and OpenVZ -combined patch, no -owl.

As to Owl-3.0 - it's unlikely they change anything in current rhel5-stable
branch.  The build failure was triggered by changes in -testing.  So, we
have some time to investigate the failure until 028stab085.1 gains
"stable" status.
