Subject: LTO flag not filtered out: undefined reference to `_dlstart_c'

has a negative impact on Musl so fixing the issue I highlight rather
than filtering wouldn't be the desired outcome for the user.
If LTO only makes musl slower and buggy, instead of patching in
downstream to filter out `-flto` flag, may I ask why not doing this in
source code?
