Hi Rich,

Great, Thank You! This explains everything, because - although I do have a
high resolution timer - the time that arrived through CLOCK_REALTIME was
milliseconds.
I did improve the resolution down to 1/1000 of msec and things are working
fine now.

I will also test your patch this weekend and report back.
