the sed from busybox 1.20.2 works perfect for me, entire sabotage is 
built using it.
and there are some things like ncurses that make heavy use of it, so i'm 
quite confident it's either completely or almost bugfree at this point.
i dont think it will be much work to rip it out of busybox to make it a 
free-standing tool.
