Subject: [PATCH net-next v9 10/19] zinc: Poly1305 MIPS64 and MIPS32r2 implementations

The MIPS64 accelerated implementation comes from Andy Polyakov's
implementation and provides nice speedups on commodity Octeon hardware.
While this is CRYPTOGAMS code, the originating code for this happens to
be the same as OpenSSL's commit 9925a82146f2503b4dd11423d0eba649b43450c0

This MIPS32r2 implementation comes from René van Dorst and me and
results in a nice speedup on the usual OpenWRT targets.
