You have to install the missing library(ies). This list is not the best place 
to call for help in this case. I mean, who knows the distribution you are 
using?

Probably the best option is use Ubuntu 15.10 64bits. It will be very easy to 
setup john.

AND keep in mind that john is telling you what you have to do. Just do some 
google searches.
