grep'ing for FMT_UNICODE also lists MSCHAPv2, NETLM/LMv2/NTLM/NTLMv2,
KRB5PA-MD5, EPiServer, all MSSQL versions, all MSOffice versions and
Oracle 10. There's also a couple of dynamic formats.

IIRC SAP-B is never UTF-8 while SAP-G always is. That's from comments in
the original contributed formats. Anyway they don't UTF-16 internally so
you can just shove the new all.lst on it.
