Have you ever thought about using AMD SDK? Magnum used amd's software on
Intel CPU (right? He might has an opinion).

Maybe it is only me or Intel SDK has too much rules, limitations and
problems [1]?  Personally, i have no idea what could be wrong.

BTW: i propose we check and report on -list=opencl-devices if
clCreateContext (all initialization?) fails [2] (seems it will).

Specification says and we need to expect:
[2] CL_DEVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE if a device in devices is currently not
available even though the device was returned by clGetDeviceIDs.
