Subject: Re: john.pot problem

Lukas,

I am executing with the following:

cd ~/john-1.7.9/run; ./john --format=cryptmd5opencl --rules
--wordlist=/storage/dicts/18-in-1.lst /home/dlaporte/hashes &

/home/dlaporte/hashes is a file that looks like the following. I'm
actually using "user1", "user2", etc - these are not obfuscated. The
hashes are MD5 crypt format.

user1:$1$bDsOw6SD$WGUu6jYiXF91j2HTf1U.n1
user2:$1$iHBWDvd/$51RENcI2NEyhA7RVs6ESm.
user3:$1$e1PrvuCV$XfMYLYX5EhbLXnrQWght70

The dictionary file is 37GB, so I can't include that:

[dlaporte@...ry run]$ ls -lh /storage/dicts/18-in-1.lst
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 37G Jun 1 2011 /storage/dicts/18-in-1.lst

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

thanks!
Dave
