Subject: custom-builds of Windows OMP builds, finally

John-Users,

After my many unsuccessful attempts, I was finally able to build OMP
versions of JtR on Windows, after upgrading the cygwin gcc to 4.5.0+

FYI, OMP versions built in cygwin require an extra dll, cyggomp-1.dll

I've uploaded these to the custom-builds wiki page.

These Windows builds are:

john-1.7.8-jumbo-2-omp-des-7-mscash2-2-WIN32.zip - 1.7.8 with the jumbo-2,
jumbo-2-plugin, omp-des-7, and the Optimized MSCash2 v2 patches

john-1.7.8-jumbo-2-omp-des-4-mscash2-2-WIN32.zip - 1.7.8 with the jumbo-2,
omp-des-4, jumbo-2-plugin, and the Optimized MSCash2 v2 patches

Here is a non-OMP version, but with the latest patches.

john-1.7.8-jumbo-2-mscash2-2-WIN32.zip - 1.7.8 with the jumbo-2,
jumbo-2-plugin, and the Optimized MSCash2 v2 patches

Now, off to trying to upgrade my gcc and supporting packages in Linux, and
then Solaris.
