The warnings indicate you still have some problems with the MPI 
environment, while john itself seems OK and runs fine despite the 
warnings. For some reason those figures are about twice what I get with 
4xMPI though. What do you get without MPI? And with -np 2?


My guess is you have a mix of old and new OpenMPI on your system. I'm 
sorry I can't really help you much with this, you need someone local to you.
