 mscash2-1 patches build is uploaded

Thank you for taking the time to update the list about these builds -- I was
not even aware that they existed and have not seen that page on the wiki
before. I've been running john on windows through a virtualbox with a linux
guest -- my speeds are actually pretty good using the MPI patches and
openmpi. Do the windows builds support multiple cores? Are you aware of
anyone utilizing opencl libraries in cygwin? This, to me, would seem like
the next logical step.
