Yes, please.  Unfortunately, this will affect the reporting even for
dynamic formats that are relatively slow and scale well, but we have no
way to do better currently.  (And it's a much lesser issue than having
OpenMP disabled at compile-time for all dynamic formats by default,
which is also happening now.)
