The test suite in git, now has a MSSql-12 test file.  I have not 'fully' added test data, due to the UTF encoding.  But the 'simple' test is now there.

git clone git://github.com/magnumripper/jtrTestSuite ./test

put the test dir into your JtR source root, and then the TS works with make targets.

I have noticed that -test=0 is getting pretty slow, even on the CPU build of JtR. We may want to look at that, in some way.  I know the GPU builds have very slow -test=0 also.
