What could easily be improved here is to warn only once per format that
appears multiple times in a file.
But I think currently there is no john version which has more than 2
formats (labels, to be specified with --format=) that implement the same
password hash algorithm and use the same format name (or get mapped to
the same format name using the benchmark-unify script).

So I think this is currently not needed.
