If nobody opposes, I will change README.opencl file and put links there. 
For instance, adding.

     Supported formats:

     More information about supported hashes can be seen at:

     Currently John the Ripper supports OpenCL enabled devices for 
following hashes:
     - NT
     - raw-MD4 (any information / link could be here)

The Samuele text in that file is good to all formats and seems to be a 
perfect readme to all.
