Subject: JtR Test Suite 1.11 released

It is only being released as a patch. A full release is very large (16mb or
so).
Fixed some MSSQL05 lines, that were being tested as older mssql. They were
'dual', and passed the tests, but as older mssql.
Added a raw NT, and raw NT-utf8 file.
Added tests for dynamic_30, 31, 32, 33, and 34.
The raw NT tests (normal and utf8) were added to NT, NTv2, and dynamic_33
Did a little bit of changes on some summary screen output in the perl file.
However, almost all changes were new input files, and changes to the
jtrts.dat file. The actual perl code seems pretty tight. It is much better
running than the prior korn script files were.
