Subject: kernel 2.6.32 and /dev/cdrom

It looks like we can safely drop the ${subj} magic in init/do_mounts.c
if we build the kernel without CONFIG_IDE - that will give us:

1. The performance boost for disk I/O (esp. AHCI SATA devices).
2. The ability to use /dev/sr0 device for CD/DVD regardless of its'
physical connection.

I use that for over 3 years and it proved itself as a good solution.
