The current porting from the OpenBSD dhclient is done by Stefan Sperling.

I gathered the code from his repository and make it compilable.

If somebody want to test it, can get it from here:

About the tarball it includes libbsd, which is required.
May be it is good idea to put the functions, that are used from libbsd 
in the dhclient (if we are not going to include it in the Owl)
