I've just subscribed Sasha for Microsoft Linux Systems Group to
linux-distros, and updated the wiki accordingly.

Great.  I've listed Microsoft Linux Systems Group for those two roles.

Please do.  I assume this is part of what you'll be doing under "4.
Evaluate relevance to other parties such as the upstream ...", so I
didn't add a separate role for this.

As the full description of task 4 says, "with the reporter's approval".
