Subject: ecryptfs headsup

Hi,

We made a hardening patch for ecryptfs utils. It is finally ready,
using sysconf(_SC_NGROUPS_MAX) :)

I dont know whether a CVE is needed, maybe if you already
ship it suid root (we do not).
