Well, while this is lame, it was bound to happen eventually anyhow.

What is message pre-moderation?  Can you expand on what that means?  Will
it let subscribers still post unmoderated?

I can do this.  It's a horrible thankless job, but the more we have, the
better things will be.  Getting some folks scattered around the world would
be helpful.
