Subject: Lei's weekly report #12

Sorry, the previous one is not properly titled.

Accomplishments:
- fix the problem which causes some dynamic formats to fail for certain combinations of SIMD_COEF_32 and interleaving factors
- manually unroll the interleaved code for MD4/5, SHA1 and SHA256/512, and benchmark their performance under different interleaving factors

Priorities:
- find formats that use non-SIMD SHA2 implementations, and make them use the SIMD ones
- investigate formats that run relatively slow on MIC
- add support for NEON
