Thanks! For inclusion in Jumbo, you'd need to add some license 
statement. See

1.7.9-Jumbo-7 is the latest released version, but it's *way* behind 
current development version so this has to be tweaked a little and made 
a "plugin" (that's actually simpler than your current patch, no changes 
to Makefile or john.c). Just fyi the current development code is 
bleeding-jumbo branch of
