Subject: Mask mode resume/progress/node support

Sayantan (and Solar),

I have added support for progress/ETA indication, session resume and fork/node/MPI to mask mode in bleeding-jumbo. There might be teething problems but it seems fine.

The same changes were merged to bleeding-mask, with a lot of conflict resolution and hands-on. This is much less tested but seems fine too now. You might want to audit and/or test it out, there might be some detail missing when part of mask is on GPU.

The fork/node support is as suboptimal as it gets, I'm not sure what to do about it. For GPU generation it's not a big deal I guess.
