Seems good now. Yeah, that's much better. It seems that I missed dynamic formats in my previous tests. Now I see some strange crashes in osc, phps and phpass. Somewhat minimal example for phpass is in an attached file. Run like this: john --format=phpass crashes_phpass.txt If I remove some zeros from the file I get this: Error, invalid loop byte in a php salt 000000000100000aaaaaSXB9100000PE8jEklg9100000pdx7dbOW9100000123456789100000A5she.Oe910000017UOZtDi91000001234567A9100000234560A89100000123456786100000T4Krr44H6100000123456787100000DkV/nqea810000012345678B1000001234567x9 -- Alexander Cherepanov View attachment "crashes_phpass.txt" of type "text/plain" (2511 bytes)
