Subject: Wordlist mode bugs fixed

I found two bugs (or two variations of one same bug) in wordlist today (Jumbo only). When buffer-loading a file that contains null bytes and/or spurious CR linefeeds, it would crash and burn. Now fixed in all git branches. The current fix (aimed at Jumbo-8) is trivial but may cause a few words in the end to be missed (a warning is emitted). A future patch to bleeding may be more rigid without losing words.
