Ouch, that was a bug of mine :). Fixed now. Sorry :)

No hidden options work, other things work correctly. If I just write "../run/john --[tab][tab]" I also get a list lacking the hiddens.

Yes, double checked.

This is not about GPU builds, I'll get the same output as you.
