Can we convert to pure ASCII instead?  Or do you think this would offend
someone?

I also like plain (c) better.  The UTF-8 version of it is probably due
to DokuWiki being too smart and making this conversion for the (c)
specified in page source.  Maybe I need to patch it not to do that.
