It took me a while but now here it is. Patch for mscash-cuda and mscash2-cuda.

Common changes:
-removed "unreliable..." comments
-formated sources
-fixed formats, now they pass TS
-unified tests with cpu formats

MsCash2 CUDA changes:
-improved performance (29600 -> 31800 c/s), similar optimizations can
be done for mscash2-opencl
-added rounds=X support to mscash2-cuda

If I will not send a patch for pwsafe within 24h we may want to remove
it from tree and release without that format.
