I think you should go ahead and replace my dynamic_1010 with your
dynamic_1011 (making it the new 1010) despite of the fact that my patch
was already committed.  We did not include it in a release yet.

We're ignoring Idle=Y when running OpenMP-enabled formats.  This is
documented in doc/CONFIG.

Starting with version 1.7.7, this setting is ignored for OpenMP-enabled
hash types when the actual number of threads is greater than 1.
Unfortunately, it did not work right at least with GNU libgomp on Linux.
