In order to solve this now I am using same initialization as of Lm format
please got through the changes Also I have changed the way to extract the
bits from block after encryption in Oracle_fmt_plug.c

Passing the self test but not cracking from file. I am not getting the
problem ?

Here I have attached a new patch.
