Subject: EPiServer format fails on 32-bit builds.

Hi,

When I test the episerver format using the attached patch, I get

 ../run/john -format=episerver -t
Benchmarking: EPiServer salted SHA-1/SHA-256 [32/32]... 510827cffbcf59aa
7c6276c27ff95a5c
mno cf270851
xyz 51
abc 1
010427cf ==> This should be 510427cf
FAILED (get_hash[1](0))

...

get_binary is doing its job properly (and giving output 510827cf).
However somehow this output is getting changed into
010427cf. Starting 2 bytes are getting corrupted. Any ideas what is going on?
