Yes (for the -sse2 make target), except for john.c.

I wonder how things were working before.  ...Oh, I see that in -jumbo-5,
we only add sse-intrinsics-32.o in linux-x86-sse2i (and we add -msse2
there as well), but not in linux-x86-sse2.
