Now that you're back to work (great!), maybe you can look into the weird
speeds of the PDF format?
Benchmarking: pdf [32/64]... DONE
Many salts: 18305 c/s real, 18305 c/s virtual
Only one salt: 37663 c/s real, 37881 c/s virtual
Notice how "many salts" is slower than "one salt", whereas it should be
the other way around. This indicates that there's something wrong with
your implementation and better performance may be achieved (probably
with little effort).
