BTW, to build static binaries of -jumbo, I had to swap -lcrypto and
-lssl - that is change -lcrypto -lssl to -lssl -lcrypto.  I vaguely
recall that Robert had to do the same (and more?)  Maybe we should just
make this change in -jumbo to make static builds easier?
