It is supposed to, but you will likely need to define the proper target
in the Makefile.

The patches have been out for months.  Some people are using them.  You
can, too.

The integration into -jumbo that we're talking about now won't change
much for you.  The addition of make targets for Windows is a separate
task anyway, which may be taken care of before or after -jumbo update.
