Subject: External filter truncation
While max length truncation to External mode was already included in
Jumbo-5, External Filters was still not truncating. This was fixed in a
recent patch on the git repo.
I also patched wordlist.c so it never uses memory buffering in case we
also use an external filter. Those buffers are packed and must be
treated as const.
