The -omp-des patches also do it.

OK.

Unfortunately, I won't have time to look into the plugin stuff soon.

If I find any/much time for JtR in July, which currently feels
unrealistic by itself, I feel that it'd be better directed towards tasks
relevant to use of JtR in KoreLogic's contest (by any team) than to
making the plugin stuff more official (which won't affect any team's
results in the contest, I think).  On the other hand, the faster DCC2
might be relevant to the contest.  So someone might have to apply these
patches anyway.  Hmm.
