Subject: jtr 1.7.7 + jumbo1 opencl patch

hello,
attached here opencl patch for john 1.7.7 + jumbo1.

format supported :
rawSHA1
NSLDAPS
rawMD5

opencl NT_fmt and rawMD4_fmt have been renamed as .c.old since they
compile fine but they segfault during test, i didn't have time to test
what's wrong any tips is welcome; i suspect is something related to what
dirhu pointed out some email ago.

Code has been tested on on linux and ATI only but it should work without
problem on NVidia and Mac Os X (i left previous makefile target), beta
tester are welcomed.

There have been some little improvement in future i'll add some docs
on how to play and burn your video card while having fun :-)
