Subject: Johnny version 2.0 released

In the off-chance that you're not subscribed to john-users too, I'm forwarding the announcement here.

This release is the result of the efforts you've witnessed on this list for the last couple of months.

This release also signals a fresh start for Johnny after more than 3 years of inactivity, thus the major version number jump. The work so far has been focused towards getting the project up and running again, refactoring code and cleaning it up so that we can take it further and make room for new features. We did get to implement a couple new cool features so far:

From this point onwards, I'm planning for more agile releases and a focus on jumbo features. We also have some more ground to cover in usability terms, since some aspects of the entire session/attack/options/settings/john-version shebang are still confusing. I'll get working on the revised plan to accommodate the next period of development and release schedule.

I urge john-dev to take Johnny for a ride, we're eager for both insider and outsider feedback as well. We also need more platform testing, since there's only so much me and Mathieu could cover.
