I'd prioritize these as follows:

raw-md5
nt
raw-sha1
raw-md4

Hmm, this suggests that you somehow implemented your own wordlist
parsing rather than introduced mask support into existing wordlist mode.
This is OK for now, but we'll probably want to do things differently
later.
