Subject: John Test Suite 1.06

The test suite v1.06 has been released on the wiki.

This enhancement adds 30+ input test files. These are for testing the new
code pages. Note CP866 is not added 'yet', but soon will be, so for now,
simply 'ignore' the errors stating john cannot run those tests.

This is a full 'tarball'. It can overlay the prior 1.03. (or any of the
1.04 or 1.05 updates). Usually the test suite is located in a 'sibling'
subdirectory to the run and src directory of john. If placed into a ./test
directory, then the makefile has rules to run the test suite, right from a
make command.
