Sorry that it took me that long to reply to this message, I was too
pressured by other tasks. I'm creating a tarball now and will announce
its location once it's done. I'm considering to put it on
ftp.ru.openwall.com under /pvt/galaxy .

We do have a lot of stuff inside Owl-extra (e.g. libxml2 is there).
